In its current version, this website does not include contact forms that collect personal data directly. Any data processed is data the user voluntarily provides by contacting gargaDesign via email or phone (e.g. name, email address, phone number, content of the communication).
The web server may also automatically collect some technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access) through standard log files, for security purposes and the technical operation of the site.
3. Purpose of processing
The data collected is used exclusively to: respond to requests for information or quotes, manage the business relationship with clients, and ensure the security and proper functioning of the site. Data is not used for marketing purposes without explicit consent, nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Technical cookies
The public website does not install profiling cookies or third-party advertising cookies. The restricted area (admin backend) uses a technical session cookie, strictly necessary to keep the login active while navigating the content management panel; this cookie is deleted when the session ends and does not require prior consent, as it is essential to the functioning of the requested service.
5. Third-party services
External resources are loaded from third-party servers to display the site's graphics:
• Google Fonts (Google LLC) — provides the typefaces used on the site. Loading fonts may involve transmitting the user's IP address to Google's servers.
• Font Awesome / cdnjs (Cloudflare) — provides the icons used on the site, with the same type of technical transmission of the IP address to the server delivering the file.
These services do not install profiling cookies on behalf of gargaDesign; for more information, please refer to the respective providers' privacy notices.
6. Data retention
Personal data provided through direct contact is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, and in any case no longer than required by law.
7. Data subject rights
At any time, you may ask gargaDesign for access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of its processing, or object to its processing, by writing to the email address indicated in point 1.

gargaDesign adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect processed data from unauthorised access, loss or improper disclosure, including the use of securely hashed passwords for access to the site's restricted area.
